As a contractor this is where you register your details. Please note you must have a limited company to proceed. A registration fee of £25+VAT (Annually) is charged after which you will be able to browse jobs and interact with potential clients initially through our messaging service.

Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. Unless you agree to these you will not be able to proceed further.

  1. If you choose to register with us you are agreeing that we can store and share your data to allow interactions between clients and contractors in order to fill contracts.
  2. You are duty bound to ensure that all details are correct and up to date.
  3. This is a B2B environment, and we actively encourage clients to post contracts with the aim of filling these contracts, hence you agree to receiving and exchanging communications from interested parties registered in this website, with the aim to filling these contracts.
  4. We will send you emails for receipts, Invoices and to say there are messages waiting within the website for you to respond to.
  5. We will always show a list of open contracts and a list of resources but these lists present summary information to the public. If however, you register and have an account with us, clients can see more details about resources and resources can see relevant contract details.
  6. Contact information for clients and resources are kept private until a client chooses to engage a resource, then contact details are exchanged. Please note no attempt must be made to exchange contact information via our messaging service, or away from our website unless an engagement fee is paid. Engagement fees on contracts are per contractor per contract, so if another contract is posted a new engagement fee must be paid when the same or a different contractor is engaged.
  7. Clients cannot see details of contracts posted by other clients other than what is visible in the contract list.
  8. Resources cannot see details of other resources other than what is visible in the resource list.
  9. We do not use cookies. Your data is not shared with marketeers, advertisers etc. for marketing or targeting activity. It is just for use by this website.
  10. We do not hold any payment card details or bank account details.
  11. Recruitment Agencies are actively discouraged from visiting us and registering with us. Any attempt to create an account either as a private individual or in your agencies credentials will be seen an attempt to profiteer and we will block your account/s and send you a fine.
  12. Note that this website is designed to be as automated as possible and to ask most of the questions up front on what contractors will want to know about contracts and what clients will want to know abut contractors. In addition we provide a live messaging service and prompts via emails if you are not logged in. Although you can send us a query, please note it might take some time to respond.
  13. This site is designed to be global, all charges are in GBP.
  14. We reserve the right to change our T’s and C’s with due notice via our website and as a result of a continuous improvement programme the design might also change.
  15. Please note that your account and its username and password are unique to you, please do not share this information with anyone else, it will be deemed as a security risk and a breach of our terms.
  16. Please do not share your contact information, this is done automatically when a client engages a contractor, emails are sent to both parties with email and phone no details and clients can see contractors contact information immediately after paying the engagement fee. This is a strict no, and subject to fines.
  17. There are three charges levied by this website, a annual registration fee for clients and contractors, an engagement fee for a change request once a client finds a contractor/s and engage/s them, a fee for full blown projects when you engage a contractor/s for the project. Fees for change requests are lower than project fees and both are per project per contractor. So if clients wish to engage more than one contractor they will pay two sets of fees. A change request is deemed to be 10 days work or less, anymore it is classed by us as a project.
  18. Fines for recruitment agencies as per (11) £500.00
  19. Fines for soliciting contact details without paying the engagement fee £500.00
  20. Fines are entirely at the discretion of the website owners.
  21. Refunds are entirely at the discretion of the management team.
  22. All this website tries to achieve is a platform for Clients and Contractors to meet and when a client is ready to engage a contractor, contact details are exchanged after client pays the engagement fee. We do not take responsibility for anything else. It is simply an introduction, and anything post the introduction is between the client and the contractor.
