I’ve worked in & around D365 as well as other ERP solutions for many years, having taken a number of solutions from inception through justification & selection through to delivery & successful “business as usual” operation.
My skill as a project manager & business analyst is to bring the right people together so that the best solution for the customer can be found & implemented.
I don’t just work as a project manager, ensuring that the project plan is updated – I work within the business to ensure that the needs of the business are understood by the supplier, and that the business itself understands the opportunities & limitations of the solution to be implemented. This means that the ERP implementation is more than that – it could be a digital transformation, bringing efficiencies to the business through clarification of the business processes and automation that the ERP can bring.
