About Me
I'm a pragmatic project manager, not afraid of getting my hands dirty within the project in terms of business analysis or working with the consultants to define the appropriate solution. I'll keep the project on track in terms of time, money & quality & manage any change requests that come though to ensure that only the ones that are justified make it into the product.
I specialise in the manufacturing area, having worked on the shop-floor as well as in IT functions - so it's not a case of the project manager never having actually done the work. I have, and I feel your pain.
