Here are a few tips for Contractors and Clients on how to use this website.
For Resources

Please ensure you fill out your advanced profile which will be visible to clients when you express interest in a contract. You will be presented with this page once you have paid your registration fee.

Click on a contract you are interested in, then you can view the detail and apply for the contract:

Clicking on Apply for contract allows you to send your message to the client along with expressing our interest in the contract. Client will be able to view your message and your profile and message you back:

Use your dashboard to keep you informed:

In your dashboard click on my applications to keep track and communicate:

Click on message to take you to a messaging screen for your contracts:

If you are not logged in you when a message arrives you will get an email to inform you that you have a message/s waiting for you.

In the contracts list only live contracts are visible, if a contract has been filled I will not be visible unless a client opens it up again.
For Clients

Make your Dashboard your focus as you can complete most activities from here:

Clicking on Total Applications will take you to this screen, your contract dashboard:
This is a list of contracts which may or may not have activity against the contract. Manage applications will take you to this screen:
From here you can View More Details to get the contractors advanced profile. Message will send a message to the contractor and open up the dynamic messaging screen and Start Engagement will allow you to pay for the contractors contact details, and your contact details to be sent to the contractor. This will be name, email and contact phone number.
You can engage multiple contractors for the same contract by individually clicking on the Start Engagement button, and paying for each contractor individually

To rate a contractor in the My contract listings page click on Manage Applicants to take you to the contract applications screen and click on Edit against the contractor you want to rate:
Clicking on Edit will open this screen, rate the contractor on a numeric score between 1 – 5, one being the lowest, and save the change:
