D365 Resources is the brainchild of a Business Central consultant with nearly two decades of experience twelve of which are as an independent. As an alternative to traditional methods of sourcing a contractor, the idea is to empower both clients and contractors to collaborate on a platform so they could communicate directly with each other, providing a tool that empowered relationships at a hugely cost effective price for the same talent, reduce costs and increase visibility on a stage that encouraged collaboration locally or on a global stage to meet whatever the project demands were.
Our search for a design partner led us to Dot Squares. We believe we have a powerful solution that empowers both clients (end users) and contractors to come together on a global scale. This platform has been designed to ask most of the common questions that both clients and contractors would have so when you get to view each others profiles and contracts there is a very quick process in qualifying that a contractor might be interested in the contract and the client might be interested in the contractor.
We have provided a messaging service that can be used instantly if you are both logged in at the same time, and an email service that reaches out if you are not, telling you messages are waiting for you. The messaging service is designed to work around contracts and both clients and contractors have dashboards to help keep track of their activities.
Our charges are extremely reasonable. A small annual registration fee for clients and contractors.. Once registered clients can post a contract without charge. However when they wish to engage a contractor a client will be asked to pay a charge. We allow for change control requests ( less than 10 days work) or full blown projects, hense the charge the client pays is smaller for a change request and larger for a project. That said the charges are so cost effective a client can afford to engage several contractors should they wish to. The charges are per contract, per contractor. Clients can rate a contractor using a star system.
